good nonlegendary S-grade monsters?

Synthesizing him with S monsters will get him S ranked, although he can have a or 2 A+ stats.
Wouldn't worry about that though, my Leviathan has A+ HP, which is 286, S HP is 287 !

I'm pretty surprised nobody recommended a Pewgway or a Rhor for a beginner breeder.

I don't know about the other servers, but until recently Pew/Rhor foresight combo was top tier for server 38.

Even if there's a bunch of OEL's running amok, an S Rhor with PoD and rain support will get you pretty far in the PvP rankings IMO.

Better yet, i would go for Neon, definitely a great great Epic, and obtainable early on.

Cygness
Clawpard
Scythe

And currently breeding Pattapilla, and after him i'll do Brawny.
In my opinion, Scythe is the MVP here. You need to set him up with Ressurection or DEF boost, and it will certainly dominate. Currently have 2 Scythe S, combo with Taunt/Foresight and Martyrdom. Seems cheap, but wins vs legendaries .

+1 except change cygness with pattafly, pattafly booster talent is crazy. for me pattafly is far better than smitter as the bolster talent increase really high crit rate.

and cygness? what it can do. slow speed high damage, even electrical storm force 3 rhor with rain (without pod) will give it a single hit. and it cant kill scythe as the speed is very slow. he will marty first b4 u 1 hit KO / cast rain

Well in that case,

I would say Pressure Soak Foresight Cunning+5 S Verte with S Taunt Foresight Water Torrent Soak Pewgway is a totally great combo

Or, of coz, the Pressure PoD Soak Soak Foresight Verte w/ Martyr res pod foresight Scythe
