Yes, as far as I know, all levels are lowered by 10.

I'm fairly sure every Vet & Expert map got lowered, but the amount of Levels exponentionally grew. (Reducing 10 Levels on Jungle Expert-1 would make them like Level. 15 ).
So yea, Holy Ruins probably had like 8 or 9 levels reduced.

Heads up to everyone : Faerivy may be hard to reach, but Whalorn only takes two dice, and not even a single Mini-boss fight! Good luck !

you have fen and mino - finishing the whole thing should be a breeze for you.

wow whallorn is good. perhaps it is faster than pewg and about same defenses and faster speed
