Nice on keon I'm sure support will sort you out with refunds I hope you took a screenshot haha. Also a few of my friends have been having a few bugs recently it isn't just you haven't heard of disappearing OEL though that's strange... The synth is a bit buggy atm

Whatever, they should be able to check the files for the data they need @.@.

Hmm I wouldn't count on it if it hasn't been sacrificed as far as I know they don't track gold/ silver outgoings at least that's what they told me. You might have a problem then

Nope, I won't.
It's a fault at their side if the monsters disappeared, and there's nothing in their Terms & Conditions that says what to do in these kind of situations.

Support can be pretty flexible when they want to be they restored my whole account a couple of weeks ago everything back including items and random epics. If you put your case across respectfully I'm sure they will help you out.

I hope they do, and as far as I know, all my Tickets are written in actual letter lay-out, so that shouldn't be a problem !

Seeing from their broken English, they don't even know what they are doing, and I just wasted approximately $300 on two phantom monsters.

Guys, I advice you all not to buy eggs, as they'll lie to you and simply tell you off.
I did, as a matter of fact, gained the monsters from the ''carck''s as the person likes to call them, but only after I woke up this morning and checked my monster collection. Not after I opened the eggs.
This says enough for me, Haypi is a bunch of lying scammers that will do anything to take away your money -_-.
I'm going to take legal actions.

If you had Screenshots koen then it would be more clearly for us/haypi monster. Always do Screenshots when u have got sth or done exp levels like bl 15 or newer maps exp 15.
This Game all it does is milk money. Next updates will add money eater like previous updates ^^
