There is Magic Force-II now, which does the same except it rises the general MATK, not just for Ice skills .

Ice Matk rises all Matk it doesn't matter if the move is ice or not. It also stacks so when monsters keep changing weather in ladder your Matk keeps on rising. It adds more than magic force 2 also so better in my opinion. For example against a water monster fen will blizzard while the water monster uses rain this mostly happens more than once so fen will have a big boost by the end of it. Anyway it's just a novelty for me I use my chill 2 fen chill 2 Is better.
