From the game .
I took pictures of every single item and monster, synced phone with computer, edited pictures to make them look like full monsters/items (some had text in front of them).

Don't have a jailbroken phone, and I've done pretty much all already !

Instead, use iFunbox on a laptop or PC , all pictures are displayed, much easier than clicking each picture by its own to see it!

Poe and its evolutions are obtainable by buying eggs with Silver. It doesn't say that now...

I didn't go through all the pages so maybe it has been mentioned before.

I am yet debating wether to add which monsters are (not) obtainable via eggs.
There is, however, a quick list of monsters that I am 100% sure of are not obtainable; see HM700 FAQ, 3rd Question.
