Gryphion build ...

I got Invalidate us Talent for my Gryph.
I'm not sure if i should try to get an other talent, due to the fact that Premium Rune Gems are hard to get.
I think intimidate would be the best for Gryph or maybe Fortitude II
I don't know if it's worth to keep certain monsters from casting PoD
Does the NPC still repeats casting PoD or did they make the NPC cleverer?

Somehow all of these three talents are good but i don't know for which purpose i want to use my gryph.
Intimidate would be great for Pvp, Fortitude for Lader and invalidate for both.

Maybe some opinions would help me.

As I can't pressure enough, it depends on what your Servers trends are.
If your Server is overrun with PoD teams, I'd definitely keep Invalidate.
If it's all about Scythes, Brawnies, Setanics and Minotaurs, get Fortitude-II.

The NPC does not repeatedly cast Power of Darkness anymore.

Yeah, i know it depends on the server. But i thought Gryph might be little helpless in general without casting PoD itself.

Anyway it would take my months to get Fortitude i think so i'll fit my tactics on invalidate.

As long as the opponent isn't able to cast PoD aswell, it's fine.
Gryphion is one of the fastest monsters, so unless your opponent has Speed Boost / Accelerator, you're fine with attacking first most of the times.
You might want to get Wind Blast to get rid of Earth monsters, then just kill off any non-Earth.

From my personal experiences, Wind Blast is not used, not even against Earth Monsters.
I do not know, however, if this is the case when he runs out of pp on his primary skill.
