You don't need OEL or any legendaries (though they would probably help out a lot) to beat Expert Barren-13 in my opinion. I just beat this stage using Scythe, Smiter, Ignightmare and Flight.

Smiter can tank Minos with the help of intimidate Ignight, POD and Photosynthesis. Ignightmare takes care of the Smiters and Scythe handles the boss, Phoenix pretty well. I only used about 4-5 Resurrection cards.

If the OP has all the legendaries but chimera.

Use the elements that are effective against the elements you meet in the map.
Make sure you have a good skill set, PoD will always help you to not get one shotted or to one shot your opponent.
Make sure you have skills leveled up a decent amount your fighting stuff 10+ levels above you.

Sometimes your unlucky with dodges and crits so take some ress cards or a pocket full of change.
