How does martyrdom works in ladder?

Hi all, as topic says : Does the AI uses martyrdom instantly at the start of the battle in ladder? Or do they play smart and use it when the monster is left with little hp? Or they don't use it at all?

I'm asking because I'm thinking of putting martyrdom on my behemoth. My current behemoth skill build is kamikaze, sandstorm, boulder and rock fall with armor 3 talent. If I do put it on him do I replace kamikaze?

Self sacrifice is Martyrdom's younger brother. I have self on Blocky. I have see it be used by him in ladder 1 time, and of course he was last in my lineup, and he killed the opponent's last as well.
The AI doesnt know when the best time for it is.
Now in pvp, it works good if you dont miss. BUT if you're in 2v2 I injured my partner when I did it. This is self sacrifice. which is same but 300 power, Hit 95% and 3/3 pp. description is "sacrifice yourself to injure your opponent" which is about the same as martyrdom. My 41 blocky has bodyslam, rock fall, self-sacrifice, and rock sling. My decision was because i had rock armor and never used it, so figured why not.

Yes it uses it. But AI isn't smart. But if YOU know how AI will works you can use it strategically.

I have it on my s behometh along with super or massive boulder w/e it's called and it planned correctly it can take out 3 guys in ladder.

Since most ppl use Draco/neo/Thor adapt/f3 it's pretty predictable.
My behometh would one shot both the neo and Draco even with pod (. Actuaclly better when they cast pod cause they won't get a shot off)
And then when it reaches a water or tree mob it myrtars taking out 3 guys

That's what I'm asking. If you use Martyrdoom when you have full health does it do more damage than when you have 1 HP?

It IS based on HP. I tried it with a buddy and my Flight took more damage when he used it with a full health. The 400 power corresponds to full health Behemoth.
I tested this a week or 2 ago but I doubt anything changed since then - regarding this skill.
