Some on my server have told me that you can find Phoenix scrolls in the expert vulcano? I've searched alot but nothing? So is this true or? And btw i landed on a Neo 5-7 times i caught 2 C:

Phoenix is a legendary monsters and most likely will only be acquired through prestige or honor.
