how to get vertedeath???

i have skelly monster now by purchasing from shop but i cant find the thing which skelly to become vertedeath? anyone can help me? thank you so much!

I get the catalyst from SS expert a lot. And while I'm not sure, SS veteran might have it too.

It appears in the veteran mode too.
