How Relay Skills and SnowFlakes Skills works?

Hi everyone, I need some information about Relay Skills and SnowFlakes Skills ?

Snowflakes has 30 power but gets stronger if the user is injured by the enemy. So the more damage the user gets, the stronger the skill..

Edit: Significantly increases power if user has already been injured by enemy.

Relay gives the next monster in your line up that appears( whether manual or auto) the stat change in your current monster. I don't know if it works for Pod

Can anyone tell me how strong Snowflakes is after being hit? Like stronger than chill but weaker than Aurora Borealis?

Relay has been confirmed to not transfer over PoD.

So it only transfers molten core, meditation, shadow swipe? Skills like those?

That's what I assume. I don't actually have the skill, however Support has stated that it will not pass PoD.

Snowflakes Skill:
Which mean a draco hit chunky till left 30% HP, the next move was snowflakes on draco will be dealing more damage right? I noticed that chunky bots used snowflakes in full hp doesnt make much damage but after I hit him he left 30%, and he used snowflakes, and my draco died if the chunky have FrostAuro III. ( Correct me if Im wrong)

Relay Skills:
Still abit confusing about this skill book but will keep for future usage.
Thus, does Relay skills transfer Neon's accelerator? or Thor Adrelina,Force III etc?
