Some people seem to have problems logging in afterwards though, not sure if this is the case for every player.

Oh yeah i just tried it now. It says connection failed pls check ur internet connectivity. Am i the only one xpiriencng this? Cuz i see others can login

Sever update from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM (GMT).
Even though you have already updated your app, the sever still needs to be updated.
Just be patient for another 2 hours.
