Weather talent

I am struggling to pass barren land expert without the ability to change the weather. If I had a monster which auto changed the weather (just as Pegasus eye of the storm talent)would it work when switched in, or would the weather stay as blizzard?

The weather would stay the same.
Try to adjust your team to the weather, don't take an electric elemented monster to a map that has Sandstorm.
