HELP!

Ive been looking for devil for an entire month already, meaning late nights of staying up and playing all over the maps but i still cant find him. I know the chances of bumping into it are like .4% but to not bump into him at all is just nonsencical all i wanna know is if theres any way that i can increase my chances of finding it please tell me i am really frustrated specially since its the one monster left to catch so i can get levi scroll just 1 monster. Please someone help me out i am really getting frustrated now.

I really wish there was solid advice to give you in order to improve your odds of encountering an Angel/ Devil, but there isn't. You will just have to encounter it randomly. Sorry if this was not the answer you were seeking.

I've had the same problem with Angelo.
I just stopped searching for him, and eventually, he popped up .

Seriously, I cant find him too! Is he like avoiding me?? The only monster that most of the ppls haf that I don't is devil! How sad n frustrating
