Money-milking, uncaring, unsupportive and highly unlikely to exist very long at this rate.

Haypi Monsters will die out because other games are going to take over.

Even though they keep saying they "appreciate" the suggestions from players when they host one of their events, or after an update, something else pops up that enrages a lot of players, which isn't looked at by "support(random number)", let alone that there's a discussion board/topic anywhere asking for players to put all their complaints in.
