Lessen the difficulty level

HM already maid a maintenance earlier. I started to finish the FC veteran mode but still the difficulty in this level still the same. Nothing has changed. Monsters that are not suppose to use advanced skill were still using it. I thought the difficulty was been adjusted, the dodge of monster still annoying, And why is that the weather didnt change? Is it intended? I salute those player who finished the vet and expert mode in FC. Seriously i cant move on to another stage because of difficulty in this game.
