The appearance of skill books is too sparse

I don't think I'm the only one having this problem,

I rarely see an advanced skill book in expert mode,
I know some people see them very often, but some of us just don't have that kind of luck.

They rarely show up and when they do, we have to spin for them.
So t least, you shold make them appear more often.

Also, maybe balance the game a little bit more? So everyone has equal opportunity to obtain skill books

I saw 1 to 2 skill books on each wheel in expert volcano 1 through 4, 5 through 9 I havent seen a single one. And Team Mode I havent seen anything worth a Road Apple in 6 tries.

For me, it's different. I do lv4 and 5 only, when I do see skill books, they show up in either one with almost equal amount of times.

Still, I think the quickest fix is to increase their appearance, then it's up to us,
If we want to respin, or we want let go, or we are lucky enough to grab them.

But first thing first, we can't even respin to get them, when there isnothing to get
