Community Suggestions

I've tried to track down and let the developers know what we would like to see as a community. It is probably hard if not impossible to see every thread we create. So I've written down from what others have mentioned and I am adding it here (I've of course added some of my own). You may not agree with all of these suggestions which is completely fine. If there's a majority of the community that want something removed I don't have a problem doing so as long as you do so in a respectful manor.

Monster Sorting - Today there is not good way to sort or view your monsters. Would love to see some improvement here.

Rearrange Skill Bar - Would love the ability to rearrange skills that are on a monster.

PP on skills - There are some 55 Power skills with 5 PP, some with 10 PP. There are some 90 Power skills that have 95% hit rate and 10 PP, some with only 5 PP. These should be standardized and all have the same PP and hit rate no matter the element. Also, with the limit of only having four slots for skills, at least two of the slots need to be used for damaging skills. Even then monsters will run out very quickly when going through levels. Most of the expert fights have three to four monsters to face with each typically taking two skills to beat (that’s at least 8 PP used, usually more). My suggestion would be to increase the PP on damaging skills while reducing the number of PP on supplementary skills (like Soak, Switch Hit, Power of Darkness). That way we can go through levels without worrying about running out of PP in a few fights.

Skill slots on Monsters – In addition to increasing the PP. Would like to see a fifth slot added for further variety when it comes to PVP. Today, you really only have room for maybe one or two supplementary skills and there are so many to choose from! It pigeon holes you into one category with your monster when it would be nice to have the skills to adjust when needed based on your opponents.

Normal Card Chance – This seems bugged when you’re trying to catch monsters. It’s never at the percentage it says it is (At least in my experience). I would double check.

Ladder AI – The computer often uses damaging only skills. There was a short time when you would see your monster heal or maybe cast Power of Darkness. I would love to see this back!

Mute/Block Button – People can spam in chat today. Would like to block them.

View Profile – Would love to see others current line up in a profile view. Maybe you could put your S ranked monsters you worked hard on for the world to see. Would be a neat feature.

Change Avatar – Would like to see items or rewards where we could change the way our Avatar looks. In addition to that, it would be neat if we could customize our Avatar with “powers.” Maybe we focus on plant monsters or fire monsters, maybe we specialize and it gives our monsters higher critical ratings. This could be a way to further separate yourself from others in the game.

Mystery Talents – So much randomness today. You can easily go through ten of these and not get the talent you’re looking for. Would like to see and option to choose the talent you want (maybe charge coins, I would pay).

Weather – A neat feature. Would like to see its benefits slightly reduced. I think it creates imbalances in my experience and makes finishing a level in the campaign almost impossible.

Normal Monsters – They need to have a weakness beyond ghost. Today Flight can learn almost any skill in the game which gives him a huge advantage. Not to mention he can one shot some monsters will Tech II and Frenzied Attack. He feels too good. I would like to see a specific counter to this monster for balancing reasons.

Crystal Drops – These seem useless and add nothing but pain to the game. You must constantly sell these. Why not just drop silver?
Permanent Stat Boosts – Would like to see a feature added that when a monster reaches 50 there could be an item that permanently increases a specific stat by 10. This could further encourage people to level their monsters quickly.

Showing Stats in Combat – Would like to see the stats in combat. Before and after buffs are used so we can plan according.

Fight Friends – Would like to see a way to fight your friends in a practice match to try different strategies.

Quit Battle Feature – If you quit the battle you quit the level.

Stats on S Monsters not the same – There are monsters out there that have the same rank but the stats don’t match. Should probably be fixed.

Time it takes to Level a monster to 50 – Far too long. The emphasis should be placed on breeding and veteran attempts (where you make money). It takes so long to level a monster and half the time you don’t even know if you’re going to end up using him. Reduce this time please, it’s not fun going through levels over and over just to get a small amount of exp. I should be able to level a monster to 50 in a week or less.

Paralyze Debuff – In my opinion it’s the weakest debuff. I know it reduces speed but it never seems to cause the opponent to miss a turn. I’d like to see this reworked or increase the times it lands.

Item Sorting/Bag Space - The last patch gave us some more bag space but it still feels very limited with the amount of items, books, jellies, gems, etc. there are in the game. I loved the book shelf idea, as well as an armory to keep our equippable items.

Wheel Spin - After a respin make that black that space out so it cannot be landed on again.

PvP Chat - Enable communication with your partner only so players can talk strategy. Also enable chat for anytime we're in battle.

Training Slots - Would like to see an improvement here. The thought is nice but silver is very limited the way it is. I would love to see a "trainer" space, where you would place a monster and he would be constantly leveling up until you get him out, at which time you pay a fee for the amount of levels he gained. Today I am constantly bombarded by training notifications on my phone when training is done.

Monster Stats - Would like to see more stats such as dodge rating, hit rating, crit rating. Or perhaps information from the development team on how this is calculated. For example, do Thunder monsters have higher crit? Do Fire monsters dodge more? Specific information would help us in the community determine which monsters best fit our play style and team.

Poe - This is my opinion but he should be epic. The amount of work it takes to breed one of these guys is quite a bit. Not to mention you'll need to spend boat loads in real money just to get every evolution. It's a neat idea and if he was buffed a bit I think more players would use him/her.

Server Switching - This should be offered because there are many who have friends that play. You could even charge a few bucks to make that happen. Increased revenue for you, happier players. Win Win.

Keys - I know this is probably a good source of income for your company but I would like to see them added to the wheels in rarity. Doesn't have to be at the same rate as the chests themselves but I am personally at the point of selling chests because I'm out of space. Spending a dollar to get a key then getting three puruple jellies doesn't exactly excite me either.

Purchase Price of Monsters - It seems way out of whack personally. Spending $100 USD to get an epic monster when you can get most of the scroll from levels? Just seems too high. I might pay a few dollars for a common monster and probably no more than $20 for an epic. That's just me personally but I feel the prices aren't in a good range to encourage purchases.

Auction House - Nice idea from the community to add an Auction house for people to sell their unused items for silver.

More Items - I'm assuming this is in the works but I would love to see items that increase status effects landing such as poison. Items that increase dodge rating or hit rating. Possibilities could be limitless. Also the items that exist today that add 10 points to a stat where decent at level 40, but now seem outdated that the cap has been increased. I would look at increasing these values even if it is a slight amount.

Monster Element Vs Stats - This is more of my opinion but I would like to see a decrease in the difference between a plant and fire monster. As it stands today, an E rank fire rare monster can beat an S rank plant monster with enhanced skills. My personal opinion is that more emphasis should be placed on the stats and less on the element. It's why in pvp there is so much switching, because if you go up against an element that has an advantage you have no chance of winning. It doesn't have to be a big change, maybe decrease the amount of damage dealt and received by 20% or so. I think this would encourage players to breed great monsters rather than hope on having the advantage in element.

PvP - This is a great feature today and if cross-server pvp was added I believe it would fix the problems with never seeing a game. The other addition that would help is offering weekly rewards like the ladder for top ranked players. You could also add a reward for the highest rank lowest level player to encourage even the new players to join. Today there isn't a good reason to pvp (except to get a Verebus), once that's been received you're done.

Guilds - This would be a huge but most welcome change! I would love to see the ability to raid with friends, battle together, battle against other guilds. The sky is the limit on this idea but it would encourage people to be active instead of the mindless boring task of leveling monsters all the time.

Trading items with A.I. - Have a daily A.I. that will trade you items. For example, dragon scale for crown. Jellies for dice. Things like that.

Endgame - Once your monster reaches 50 what is there to do? PvP? Monsters automatically get leveled when you pvp so that's not it. It helps in the ladder and that's about it. I'd like to see things added for players that level their monsters up and then they can continue to use them! Today it seems like I level a monster then put it on the shelf.

I want my NIRA to come back! With your help she made outstanding lists, efforts on this game and Valuable information. With these new skills I am trying somewhat to start and edit the excel sheet. I am a plumber not an excel wizard like Denira. So it might be awhile.

Ill tell you another suggestion: These forums are cluttered, with same topics and same questions. Many questions that have been answered in Denira's questions thread or by others in topics. Not just in bug report, but general discussion and suggestions.

I am a kinda older player, and most every forum ive been part of had a general rule. Read the Forums, do a search before posting a new topic. Granted I don't search everytime, But I do it often before posting. I think It would clean these forums up some if we all would do that.

1) more suggestion. you have the chat in pvp on list, we need chat in team during battle. If your roller isnt counting, or giving you time between battles, You lose your pp and wind up in trouble. Im in Ga. usa, It laggs some if you are in team with someone in Thailand. they may not think about that.
We also need at least to be able to see Chat when we are in battle in regular, Vet/exp levels. If someone is looking for Team mode partner, It could be 10-15 mins before I see it in Chat. I think you know what i am saying. re word it if you want.

2 more I know need be on list.

Orange Jelly: restores 50 health to All monsters ( only usable during challenges)
With lvl cap raised to 50, if you get beat down for some reason using purples and blues takes a little bit o time.

Gold coins on Team mode wheels randomly like HD does. Like 2 or 4 coins.

Could you maybe add something about the difficulty of getting Advanced Book Chests? Like how often it shows up on the wheel? As of now it isn't very often you see one in completion of expert mode.

I've got some more suggestions for you to add >.>

1) VIPs get a small amount of gold daily just for being VIP. If you're VIP1 you only get a free daily money transfer. It would be 2 gold for VIP2, 4 for VIP3, etc. It recurs daily and is part of the daily gift.

2) Resurrection Cards and Loaded Dice should be much more attainable without having to spend gold. Right now we can only get two of each daily, I was thinking that you should be able to get many more daily.

3) Trading items with AI. Everyday the AI will have a set number of items available - ranging from jellies to scrolls and their respective catalysts - that you can receive by trading an item of your own for, that the AI wants. EX. AI has a Crown and requires two Orange Combat Jellies. The items needed for trade are subject to the rarity of the item(s) for trade.

4) Chests off wheels are given with their respective keys. EX. I win a gold chest from the wheel spin, it comes with a gold key to open it.

5) Increase EXP earned from training. Also all VIP should an extra boost based off of their VIP. EX. 1000exp for a non-VIP - 1100 exp for VIP1. Increases in small intervals.

I also love the idea of the auction house.

The problem with auction house is people will make multiple accounts to get more or unlimited expert attempts and then sell the books to their main account. Wouldn't surprise me if this would lead to bot farming.

It does take that long to level a mob to 40 on an alt account to farm volcano/stone/canyon-exp2 for books and then sell it to main acct

I second superfly on his comment, given that we now have multiple account creation and the fact u can choose which server you want to register into would most likely result to in-game abuse (i.e. bot farming) this could be extended to Auction Houses, Monster Trading or Item Trading.. If the following are to be implemented, then any people can just farm and the value of being VIP will be further degraded..

Such good ideas should be limited.. If i recall correctly, account is attached to your device, right? If Haypi could somehow ban trading & auctioning on same accounts or using your accounts on other devices..

Still, if there's a will there's a way.. No matter what precaution would be taken by HM.. In-game abuse would still be inevitable once auction / trading would be put into place..
