Lethal Powder
It's been so long since this skill was added and yet, no one uses it.
Suggest:
Make the Poison it inflicts a Lethal one instead of normal when the target is not poisoned. Meaning you don't have to recast it on a non-Poisoned target to inflict the much more powerful poison.
Increase Accuracy to 80.
