1.4/1.4.1 Problems

I don't quite know if I am posting in the right forum section for this, but here it goes.
First and foremost, with the introduction of 1.4.1, pp will be restored after every battle. I think that this removes a challenge; players are just going to fire blast their way all the way through to Barren Lands and beyond. Please do not remove potions; please do not have us get the ability to restore pp after every battle. If you go through with this, then what will be the point of having 10 pp or 15 pp? Might as well drop every single skill pp to 3.

Next, I noticed that Chaotic Swamp has the description "The new monsters have turned a once-beautiful pound into this ugly swamp." Not that it affects the game at all, but change "pound" to "pond." I just want translation to go smoothly.

There is a slight bug that may or may not be considered an exploit. Apparently, you can tap a boss repeatedly very fast before you enter battle with it, and there is a chance you can fight the boss "multiple times" in an instance. For example, with 5/5 boss raids and 1900/2000 health on an Angelo, you could tap it several times very fast and enter battle with the Angelo at 1700/2000 health. After dying, you'll have done an additional 100 damage, dropping it to 1600, and have 3/5 boss raids left, instead of 4/5. I have been able to use all 5 boss raids to kill a single boss without having to sit through the fight animations of the first 4. I don't know if it's a bug or perhaps a server latency error or something, but it's something to consider.

Also, I don't know if it's a latency issue, but I normally have excellent internet speed, and yet it seems like there is always latency when playing the game. I am on server 29 and don't know how populated it is or how slow the server is, but please upgrade your hardware or something because it's a slow game to play sometimes....

I agree that there are some delays associated with the game. One that I had just encountered is the delay after a battle in team modes. It isn't a very big deal but for consistency, it wouldn't hurt to fix this problem if it won't take long.

The 'pound'-'pond' issue is NOW bugging me as well. I'm sure most obsessive-compulsive players out there will be bothered by this now! :P

The automatic restoration of PPs came in a sudden, I feel. The game will be made much easier and will require less attention when running through challenges because of this. However, I do like this feature because it will help us. I think they are trying to get the game to become more of a casual game rather than an adventure one so they are implementing this.
There are certain skills that have too many PPs, which will become useless now - particularly supplementary skills which raises your monster's stats. Power of Darkness has 10 PP but after the update, there's absolutely no need for this amount.
Offensive skills are a different matter, though. Battles can be tough, especially in ladder and PvP matches, and it might take a few hits from your monsters to defeat your opponents so these PPs will still be required.
Let's not forget about the (one of the) new preferred talent(s) as well - Pressure!

Uhm.... I like auto-pp restore because I've had issues with expert maps where I have few pp moves and am unable to use potions to restore the PP.... so I've had to burn ressurections to get through them cuz I keep running out before I reach the boss. No longer will I have to completely destroy monsters like I did with my draconius by having to put 4xpyroblast just to finish maps.

As for "Quick Start" Team Mode, I agree that that should be dealt with. However, I have a theory for the reason that might occur with two humans.
The delay can be caused by one player at 2x speed and the other at 1x. The 2x will have to wait for the 1x to finish the battle before proceeding. After the battle is finished, the 2x player will, if he or she is host, be unable to continue until the 1x player is no longer "busy" (at the victory screen).
This also occurs when two people are running at different connection speeds. The faster is forced to move at the same pace as the slow. It's all theory though.

Yeah, I'm pretty compulsive about stuff like that, haha. I will post the rest in the bugs section.

As for the pp thing... I hold firm to my choice... BUT, now that I'm seeing the other argument, I feel less agitated about it. Sure, the game should be challenging... But if the community and the game creators both want to move in a different direction, then I feel like the needs of the many outweigh the tiny peeves of the few (myself).
