Just would be nice to have it to where we can trade gold and silver and seal cards and junk....

Anyhow, regarding your idea, Trade it for what?
You can already trade Gold for Silver Coins, Books for Essense, Essense for Scrolls/Items.
You can trade monsters for Blessing.
We already have trading .

if you mean you want to trade stuff to obtain gold, then this will just devalue gold and make it less tempting to purchase with real money.
