Sacrificing played monsters

When you decide to retire a monster or use it for synthing another, I think when you sacrifice it or use it in synth, If you have put any advance or intermediate skills on it that weren't learned naturally, we should get some EOW back. Such as, If you used a Flight with iajitsu that you put on it, you should get back 20 Eow, If you had put a intermediate skill on it you should get back 5 EOW.

What's your thoughts?
