Arctica scroll

Hey, I want the Arctica scroll to be a task or a expert reward... Many players missed the activity chest rewards... Or maybe could you atleast make an event with activity chests?
For like 1 month ongoing I guess

I actually thought about this as well today, and I'd love to see the Arctica Scroll come back to Haypi, perhaps make it a reward for collecting 150 Monsters and lower Leviathan to 130 monsters?
That way it'll be permanent without everyone getting it right away.

Think about the 150 collection though, you'd have to collect oels too, that'd be hard, I was expecting a event idea like a limited Arctica scroll time and buy it for 150 eol, so BASICLY 20% off like hippo scroll, just limited, thanks for replying your ideas for me, but I would go my way
