Whenever i try to purchase the $4.99 coin pack Haypi Monster crashes i dunno why but it crashes every time. I dont want to try another coin pack because i only want to spend $5 and get 50 coins

Whenever i try to purchase the $4.99 coin pack Haypi Monster crashes i dunno why but it crashes every time. I dont want to try another coin pack because i only want to spend $5 and get 50 coins

Tested the 50 haypi coins package on my own device and there's no problem to go through. May I know the following info:
1. your monster account name
2. your device details:
a. what device(phone/tablet/touch etc.) are you using?
b. what is your OS version no. ?
c. is there any notification or pop-up message before the game crashes?
d. did the crash occur right after clicking the in-game icon?

The more info you provide, the quicker we are able to check and get back to you with appropriate suggestion.

It works on my wifes device but not mine. I am running an iPhone 4s iOS 5.0.1
account name usmcgeorgia and no notifications just soon as i click in game icon it takes about 3 seconds max and it crashes. My wife is running the same everything except she is on a iPhone 4

Thanks for the info.
Please make sure there is enough space in your device, eg. clear some cache in your device, shut up other apps under multitask function . Then try again.
If it still crashes often, please let us know. Thank you
