Thunder Blast

USMC see how it doesn't say "Target Struck!" or "Missed" that shows it isn't working.

Hello,
There is a mistake that the hit rate of Thunder blast is not 100%, but 90%.
So now when it says target struck, but the HP bar doesn't decrease, it's because the target isn't struck.
The next version will show correct figure.

cant you just keep it at 100% thanks for figuring it out though, least I know I don't need to get rid of it, its an awesome move
