NPC in team mode doing only SMACK! is it a bug or not?

i always do team mode. the one thing i noticed is NPC partners uses smack now.
only happened after the maintenance.
i guess when they say they lower the Intelligence of NPC, they lowered it alot!! hehehe.

hope they will increase it again in the next maintenance?

doing SS team, partner is Nemiss.

he use smack on ghost monster, how dumb!!
