App Shutting Down When Touching Gift Box

The app is shutting down when I touch the gift box. Others are telling me they have the same problem.

You're not alone in this problem. Yesterday server 1 was experiencing this problem, and now it seems to be spreading.

Did they fix the problem on Server 1?

Me too, on my old account. Very odd thing is my brother's account doesn't have this problem. Is it because I log on the account during the resetting time?
I am on server 28

@Kanger They had fixed it for awhile, but I know of a few people on server one who I've talked to who are saying it was fixed then started doing the app crash issue again today.

@Teedodo that shouldn't be a problem, I've repeatedly logged on or been logged on before and this never occurred then. I think it's a glitch in haypi's code.

Unable to get the daily rewards in our server it happens earlier after the reset. It forcefully log out us in the game, its like the gift box changed into log out button.

I'm receiving this same bug and am unable to claim the rewards

Please fix as soon as you guys can, and will we be re-imbursed for the missed rewards? I really need those Exp-4 cards and gold coins

Many on server 23 have the same issue including me.

Same thing on server six! It's annoying me and I already lost a lot of rewards!
