Mistake in skill

Hi, skill "trief of dreams" must do damage sleeping enemy and drain it hp, and if enemy isn't sleep that skill must do only damage - but this isn't work. Thx for hearing me. And sorry for bad English. Gl)

The skill you're referring to, Dream Thief, does NOT do any damage at all when the monster is not sleeping. It will ONLY work when the monster is sleeping. If the opponent's monster is not asleep and you use this skill, nothing will happen. It's only useful when your opponent's monster is sleeping.
