I have this problem also. But i got the reply that they are on vacation untill 16 so Did anyone get the coin.?

you guys sure you have in app purchases turned on in your settings? I haven't had any problems nor have I heard anyone on my server complain

I just bought some yesterday, Takes forever for server to go through the steps but it worked for me

i have faced a problem. cannot buy coins !!!!!!!
every time i press purchase coin it will automatically jump back to ipad main menu after that i open haypi monster need to connecting again.
i have tried lot of time still the same.
grrrrrr i want to become a VIP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When purchasing coins, if you have been charged but didn't receive any coins. Please send the confirmation letter you receive from iTunes to monstersupport@haypi.com with your username(case sensitive) and server no., and we will confirm for you asap. Or you can contact your ingame support representative through menu>help>support and attach your confirmation letter. Thank you

i bought coins $1.28 for 9 coins , six times in the game. But it's said purchase failed and cancelled and said my purchase could not be complete please contact itunes store support and waste of money in my apple id. What should i do for this problem ???
