App Shutting Down When Touching Gift Box

Everyone in server 11 facing this prob too..

app crash whenever i touch gift box!!!

i can't get my daily rewards. the app shuts down when i open the gift box. but it works well if i don't open it. that's strange. this is the first time that happened to me. others in my server are also experiencing this problem. please help.. i need my rewards we're in server 18. please fix this as soon as possible...

Unable to get the daily rewards in our server it happens earlier after the reset. It forcefully log out us in the game, its like the gift box changed into log out button.

I think its something about the ladder reward
only happand to ppl that need to recive this reward

I jut wanna check if i get any coins for being the 2nd place on ladder T.T
