VIP2 Free Instant Cooldowns

I have purchased enough coins and am now VIP2. The description for VIP2 said free instant cooldowns but after trying to I must pay coins to be able to instant cooldown. Unsure if this is a bug or I'm just missing something

I agree. Something should happen. The instant cool down is one of the main reasons I bought VIP and would like to be compensated. Please update so we may use the cooldowns.

However, interestingly, I was looking at the VIP benefits table and it is listed there as "Instant Cool Down limit" which makes me think that what is actually granted is a certain number of times you may use coins to cool down. If this is the case, you need to rephrase it where it lists the rewards for VIP and most likely compensate the many users who have already purchased VIP. That would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Ya I was actually gunna say something like that muku. Perhaps the game only allows you so many instant cool downs regardless of how many coins you have, as a way to stop people from spending $1k and just rising straight to the top (although they would have VIP 4 at that point so they would probably get 10+ cool downs per day anyway)

Its really sad that they are NO FREE cooldowns and its disappointed
me as i bought VIP4. I really hope they change it to free cooldowns
cause its a bonus for VIP buyer and fair enough. 11 free cooldowns
are a bit too much but 6 cooldowns would be awesome.

Even 6 free cool downs is a lot. That's 6 team modes in canyon in less than 1/2 hour.... About 120k exp (if you have battle collar) per day.

Or for monster breeding, you could have an S in a day.

Make sense or not they need to, in my opinion, correct their wording (they do NOT provide X instant cool downs per day) and refund some portion of money spent to early VIP players. They also need to say that being VIP# gives you the opportunity to BUY additional monster slot (10 coins), bag slots, etc. The descriptions are VERY misleading.

Totaly agree with muku but it would be really fair if VIP
Can reset cooldown at least once a day.
And pls rewrite the discriptions as muku mentioned.
