equipped items while synthing

i had a dumbell on one of my monsters that i synthed and now its gone forever. why is tht even possible? you would think an auto unequip would be in effect. thats way to valuable of a piece of equipment to be lost so easily

the item you equipped on monsters will back to you automatically when syn:D
