When is it going to be fixed?

Pretty sure this is a common bug in many server
Crashes/freeze ,everywhere ..
Like when people are in the middle of a battle in story mode the game freeze which force the user to reload the game losing all the items he/she used on that game
Even when In pvp either one of the user crashes or both of them do
When one side crashes the other side freezes making the first person to reload to lose points
I just really hope you guys fix it on the next update

I'm sure that will be fixed.

I believe that this didn't really happen that often (as in a recurring problem) apart from a few periods, may be because they were adjusting something in the game then. Nonetheless, it should be fixed! Especially because I did disconnect a few times in a row after using rolls!
