Foresight doesn't work

the description says, predict attack and doesn't take damage.

after i used it, nothing happened. I tried it several time. still nothing.
Is it a bug or the skill trigger on other condition?

I used this Skill too on my flight and it doesnt work
if it rly keeps you from attacking. Only that eye comes
out and thats all.

Pls fix that !
