Bug on weather

Bug on weather rain prayer pls check when a water type activated rain prayer I notice my smiter make less damage why is that the description only says fire and earth type monster are the only one who is affected on this weather.. Pls check it asap

Tnx .. And why is it that my smiter can't learn celestial prayer?
And my splashy he don't get stunned if he use water torrent when the weather is raining why is that is it a bug?

Water Torrent doesn't have its added effect during Rainy Weather.

I think only Fire-type monsters can learn sunny weather + Lambush, which I'm guessing is its niche.

really it's just " fire and plant " monster have a less damage ?? because for the true the earth type have the less damage to, so for now Rain wheater make " Fire, Plant, Earth" less their damage... pls fix this
