Snowflakes bugged (can't be learned by any monster)

Ok so I have this advanced ice skill named Snowflakes but it can't be learned by my Felicity or Vertedeath or my Rhor which i am pretty sure they should be able to learn it as i know ice types are just a counter part of lightning types plus my Rhor can learn the skill Fog also the rest of my psychic and ghosts can learn ice moves except this one so please check it and to add to this please fix the skill Relay already this version has so many bugs and balancing issues to be fixed.

Hi,

Snowflakes can only be learned by snow type monsters. And since it's an advanced skill, only epic or legendary monsters can learn.

We will update its description in our future update. Sorry for the inconvenience.
