Rain Power-ATK no proccing

When I cast Rain Prayer with my Crusty, the Rain Power-ATK notification does not appear.

It appears to only work properly if its already raining when I bring my Crusty in.

Can you change Rain Power-ATK (and Im assuming all of the weather talents) to check at the beginning of every round instead of only when a monster is entering combat.

According to our Test Engineer, your Crusty's talent was triggered after casting the Rain-prayer, but it's not properly displayed on the battle ring.

Good enough, as long as the damage boost from the talent is being applied.
