My monsters arent receiving skills they should be

I had noticed that two of my monsters, Draconius and Crusty, are missing skills that unlock at certain levels. My draconius is now level 34 and hasnt received the wild fire skill. My crusty on the other hand was supposed to get erupting spring ,at level 18 I believe, and that never happened. Please address this bug.

I noticed this on my alt accounts, Branchy did not learn poison petals when supposed to, and Draco did not learn pyroblast at his correct level. This was on 2 different accounts. And No I did not teach them any skills at all. So covering the slot isn't the problem. I need to check crusty's skills to see if he is up to date with self learning.
