Hypnosis Jynx

Whenever my hypnosis jynx-II goes off and even other people's the jynx is always one. I haven't seen it go past one out of the many times mines and other people's have activated since update to v1.4

This may have been intended since they tweaked it to activate more often. It would be nice to hear from haypi though since they never stated anything about that (I know, shocking!).

The process rate is actually pretty high now and this certainly help!

I prefer it to activate less with a chance of having 2 or 3 sleep turns
