Server 1 is unplayable

As the title says, server 1 can't play the game. Nice update though...

the lag is ridiculous. its lagging at every move, every page, every chat. this is affecting a whole server of players without exception, not some unfortunate anomaly player

I tried for 3 hrs cant login at all

We are terribly sorry about this. The server has been fixed.

The fix for this problem is paramount.
Everything has to be halted until this is fixed.

It is unacceptable at this point and a compensation for server 1 players is necessary. It's been going on for too long.

However, I must say that it is nice that you are getting some information from the support staff.
