Nature Boost

Not sure if this is a bug but, I bought Nature Boost to try it out on Smiter but he never uses it on ladder. Is this some bug or was it intended for it to be that way?

Monsters rarely use buff skills in ladder, pod is the only one I see with any regularity at least. It's not a bug just how they're programmed I think
