Intimidate Mystery Talent not wroking

Is it just me, or is Intimidate not working? Its supposed to work when the game starts right? showing an Atk Debuff icon on the opponents bar? Also, this should also work when the new set of opponents appear as well. But its not activating when that happens. Can the team have this checked please! Thanks!

Intimidate only works on the opponent's monsters that are already in the battlefield when the monster with intimidate enters that battle.
Therefore, if your Ignightmare, or other monster, has Intimidate and it enters but the opponent's monsters are slower and enters after Ignightmare, Intimidate will not work on any of the monsters.
Ignightmare is a fast monster so if it's the first in your team, it's rare they your monster will suffer the effect of Intimidate.

My tip is to not put your Intimidate monsters as the first one in your line-up.
