Goldcoins not received

Hi,

i bought coins: server 8, name: kleingoku 5 mins ago and i didn't get it. The reason is i think this stupid safetyquestions i had to fill in.
Anyway, it's paid from apple-ID and i haven't gotten it, please look into it and add it to my account.
