Not sure if this would be considered the appropriate place to post this but screw it, I just wanted to say I've been playing haypi games since the early days of kingdom, and I would just like to say that support has improved ten fold since those days. I just went to the bug report page and had four new posts, all of them support saying they're working on the problems. Back in HK support staff were usually hated and considered useless but ever since HD and this game they have really shown myself and many other players that they do actually care what we think say and want, and I just would like to say on behalf of all players that we appreciate the strides you have made to make our experience in-game a truly pleasurable one. Thank you and I apologize for any grief I've given you in the past >_>

I totally agree, Just from HD, started playing that around this time last year. I WAS SHOCKED when they responded to my breeding crash so quickly! I was used to not even checking emails for 2-3 days on HD. So far I think support is doing a good job on this game.... Hope it continues,

I would agree support has been a little better at replying here on the forum or at least more active at it. Not so much in game though.

i honestly would have to disagree HD support was way better than HM. In HD i could send a support question and get a response withing 24 hours i have been waiting atleast 4 days (needless to say i recently found out 2 of them support was off due to weekend) but i have yet to have a response into my question on HM

They get thousands of letters a day, and when you're offline for 3-4 days on a weekend that really adds up. Send again would be my suggestion

i just commented on another thread you have started and realized they mentioned the issue cause you had a very similar problem.

I would recommend if they are having problems answering them maybe they should expand and hire more support. If you look at the support list its the same number of support but given more servers for each game that expands.

that is one thing I agree with. they are desperately outnumbered :( still for what they have...id say theyre doing pretty good

Lol Haypi kingdom support was useless back in the day. It was a joke and you would get replies that made no sense and not answering your question. Would ask something like my troops disappeared when I attacked an oasis, what do I do?

Typical reply...

"Dear player. You must train troops In your barracks" or "Make sure you have enough crop in your city"

Their answers were irrelevant and that's if you even got a reply to begin with. From my experience the more complicated question you ask the more likely they would just skip you entirely.

Or you could ask how it is possible your horse enhance failed 20 times In a row...

"Dear player, you need enhance stones to enhance items"
