Muted for no reason?

Just posted a comment on the chat when I was muted, I don't think I deserved to be muted especially since "kuckfarma" is the name of one of the alliances in the server. Not sure what I did wrong, they were discussing the name of the alliance when I made a comment about it being what people where I live call chicken farmers. Anyway I have attached a screenshot of the chat.

could be an accident.... u can report the expert - if u know who it was - to support. or tell support the story --> ask support

Grico11 was the guy I think, from what I hear he seems to mute a lot of people harshly and I think I've witnessed that brutal ban-hammer of his. I feel like my innocence has been taken by this guy muting me.

How do I send my story to support?

Also, not that I'm accusing u of doing the following, but provoking an expert really is frowned upon. You or nobody else should do so because all that leads to is unnecessary trouble on possibly both ends. Show respect to gain respect and vice-versa.

IMO the person who created that alliance should be asked to disband it, from what I've heard about s11 so far the name was intentional and has a different meaning.

Alliance has been reported to Head Support due to the offensive nature of it. FYI Karma is the name of the #1 alliance and they are using a play on words to drop an F Bomb and avoid filter

Also next time scroll up and take the remainder of the SS to show that I warned the entire WC about this and yet you and others proceeded to post this. Don't try to rationalize what you were writing, your aim was to test an experts limit while avoiding the filter. For that you were muted. That was my first post about it. I have no idea about any alliances on the server and have no link to either karma or kuckfarma - as I said I am a new player and I wasn't taking part much in the conversation just reading it every now and again when it came up at the bottom of my screen. I was muted for the language I used which was not the problem.
Hopefully Haypi Kingdom keeps a log of the full world chat to show that was my first comment regarding the issue and that I have commented maybe 5 since I installed this app.
Regarding the name, I saw "kuckfarma" alliance in chat and saw everyone talking about the name, I didn't realise it had anything to do with any other alliance since I', not yet familiar with alliances on the game, just took it on it's own with the whole cropland etc. I just thought it was a reference to a farm not to the word "Karma".

PS - And many people who live near farms will refer to the chicken farmer as a "Cuck" Farmer due to being woken up by a Cuck-A-Doodle-Do from the nearby farm.

Edit: Just thought I'd add I'm not going to make any further comments and I guess I'll give the game another shot before I delete it from my iPhone.

im sorry to say that raresquid is correct in his inference that grico11 often abuses his power, this is the general consensus of server 11 world chat users and the more they speak out about him the more strict and abusive with his powers he gets.

Rico, you should have warned him.
