Both of these things may be accomplished without cheating.

I have a lv20 acct with a lv 1 warehouse....

How do you know his warehouse us level 1? Level does not matter, i have a account level with everything mean updated it. And remember, alliance troops area feed by all the membership, not only 1.

If the resources don't go past 2k each, there's a good chance it's level 1. Also, if he has all of 10 pp, it's a good chance it's a level 1.
