So the nominations thread isn't clogged up with off-topic posts, all discussion concerening the nominations shall take place here. Try not to be too hateful.

I nominate Joell for expert on s130. He is a good, active player who is very capable of carrying out this position in a fair and responsible way. I believe s130 needs more experts as all the old experts are gone. Joell will bring new life and moderation to s130, which is something we really need

Lol. All gone huh? Pretty sure ninja, dynasty, and I are all currently very active and from current active player to expert ratio on s130, there is really no new at ALL for another expert. An expert doesn't "bring new life" but they do moderate chat, exemplify Haypi beliefs, and do their best to encourage clean gameplay.

Joell gets chat banned but is up for expert, love this game

No one is "up for expert," don't worry. Support won't give titles to those undeserving and they do a great job of looking through history when choosing someone for a role of leadership and moderation. Don't worry.

I believe that I (Cats325) would be a great Expert because

-I have played (and absolutely loved) this game for around 5-6 years
-I have only ever been chat banned (1 hour) for spamming (back before I knew the word "spamming" existed, silly me)
-And I am active very frequently

Hey if this server needs an expert I'll be glad to offer my services again , I've been expert of several servers in the past and also on PVP servers.
