would like to vote for swicked2 for expert on s13 he taught me wat everything ment which is why I used s13 and he helped me with my city and is totaly trustworthy

i would like to nominate mey she is good at this game and knows stuff

i would nominate "bowking" for he is the only one which has shown attributes of an expert.

-He intervenes only when needed, instead of constantly being involved in everything. he has shown he is able to overlook petty offenses while dealing with the serious ones through the use of private chat as opposed to a public scolding.

-If a report is indeed needed he doesnt reveal it to world chat like so many others do with their threats to send SS to support. As said in rule #8
8) No one is to report the abuse of a member or staff member in the forum or in a public display. Reports must be kept private through Private message or email (not posted on the forum or otherwise public area) to Support or an Admin

-though he isnt a high level which isnt a requirement, he has shown he's approachable and offers advice when asked.

-he doesnt jump to conclusion and tries to view arguments from all points of view without a biased opinion

This isnt a popularity contest. oh and there should be an age requirement for the youth are easily manipulated

thank you... i have learned from previous experiences you cant do what others are doing in our server..not going to say names.. but also i would like to say devryan13 is doing exactly what i suggested him to do. and he is doing it greatly and it helps improve chat. i dont care how old each "potential expert" is they all do the same thing.. and power is getting to one of them.. they threaten 24/7 with the power to farm
