Server 133 Outage

So the recent outage killed the activity on the server, screwed up people’s armies to the point of where they don't want to play. I've heard from a lot of people they weren't getting armies returned to them, on top of a bug that made me lose money during that time and wasn't returned. One thing after another Haypi, not even a sorry, let alone an explanation from what happened. Compensation on this would probably not even fix the mess you guys made. I can guarantee it will be a very long time before I spend any more cash on you guys.

Thank you for your post and sorry for the inconvenience.
If there's any loss due to the log-in problem, you can contact your server support and give him necessary info (time&date, city location, amount etc.)to get a quicker follow-up.

Your rainbow maintenance ruined the servers even more. How do you expect to satisfy your customers if you're love us in the ass evey time. At least give us some oral first or return the favor, your support doesn't even answer letters or give us the time of day to say blow it out your ass at least then we will have an answer.
