Universal Fragments and Ultimate Fragments

How can I benefit from them? As well as super and ultimate and simple crystal sharbs and fragments ? + i got 8 universal fragments but dont know how to use it

You're talking about two different things. The universal fragments can be used to replace any legendary fragment scroll at alchemy activity. Crystals fragments and gems can be exchanged in the daily task part (looks like a scroll, right at the left of the menu options). Hope this clearifys things a little at least. Let me know if i misunderstood your question.

I have 8 universal fraqments, but i cant exchange them ( when i click on behemoth for example it tells me not enought items )

Firstly, you need to collect 60 fragment pieces to exchange for a legendary scroll, this could be 60 behemoth fragments, 8 universal fragments + 52 behemoth fragments, etc.
As for the crystal fragments, once a higher level fragment appears in the daily task, you wont be able to exchange the lower ones anymore. Only thing you can do with those now is sell them for silver.
